IDG wins prestigious award at the Golden Globe Tigers Award for Excellence Ceremony

Global leadership development consultancy the Inspirational Development Group (IDG) was delighted and honoured to receive the “Best in Training & Organizational Development” award at the 2019 Golden Globe Tigers HR Excellence Awards dinner in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The prestigious awards are part of the World HRD Congress and aim to “recognise the best of the best”. IDG’s ‘Leadership Programme for Technical Architects’ was honoured alongside other category winners including Abbott Healthcare, VE Commercial Vehicles, Maruti Suzuki India, Deloitte Support Services., Tech Mahindra, Tata, and AIA Life Insurance Company.

The ‘Leadership Programme for Technical Architects’ was designed specifically for a group of senior technical executives working for a renowned global IT company in Pune, India. The Programme was developed to help upskill the participants to think and act like well-rounded business leaders, not just technical experts.

IDG Chairman, Stephen Bennett, commented: “I am delighted to celebrate with our Indian team in IDG winning another prestigious award, supporting our reputation for efficacy of design solutions and outstanding quality of client service.”

IDG specialises in improving business performance through behavioural change by designing and delivering high-quality, intensive people development programmes aligned with their client’s strategic goals that achieve quantifiable business results. These programmes have won many awards including: ‘Training Initiative of the Year’ at the Construction News Awards, ‘The Most Effective Cultural Transformation Initiative’ at Financial World’s Innovation Awards, ‘Judge’s Star Performer’ at the Food Manufacturing Excellence Awards, and ‘Best Leadership Development programme’ at the European Leadership Awards
