Yeukai Hanyani

Client Services Manager

Region:

UK

Education:

MSc International Relations, BSocSci (Hons), APM Project Management

Yeukai is a relationship-driven project and client services professional whose career has taken her from international diplomacy to global leadership development. Calm under pressure and naturally curious, she brings a thoughtful, people-centred approach to managing complex programmes and building lasting client partnerships.

Yeukai’s career has taken an unconventional path across three very different worlds, from Zimbabwe’s Foreign Service to logistics and administration in the UK, before finding her home in project management and client services at Inspirational Group. Throughout each chapter, one thing has remained constant: a genuine curiosity about people and a determination to keep learning.

Before moving to the UK in 2020, Yeukai worked within Zimbabwe’s Foreign Service, coordinating high-level meetings involving organisations including the World Bank, the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the African Union and the United Nations. Working across governments, international organisations and private sector partners gave her first-hand experience of diplomacy, stakeholder engagement and navigating complex relationships where trust, communication and cultural awareness were essential.

After relocating to the UK, Yeukai rebuilt her career from the ground up, working across logistics, office administration and programme support before progressing into project management. Since joining Inspirational Group in 2022, she has continued to grow, moving from Programme Support to Project Manager and now Client Services Manager, while increasingly contributing to business development alongside programme delivery.

Yeukai is particularly skilled at building relationships with clients and stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds. She combines strong project management skills with an ability to listen carefully, understand what people really need and bring different perspectives together. Whether coordinating leadership programmes or supporting business development opportunities, she enjoys helping people find common ground and creating partnerships that last.

One of the achievements she is most proud of at IG was contributing to the tender that secured the organisation’s initial work with BMW. At the time she was only beginning to learn about business development, making it an unexpected opportunity and an important turning point. It demonstrated how curiosity, initiative and a willingness to embrace new challenges can quickly translate into meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Yeukai enjoys spending time with her daughter, travelling and following a wide range of sports, particularly Formula One and tennis. She draws much of her inspiration from her mother, whose influence continues to shape both her personal and professional outlook.

What she values most about working at Inspirational Group is that no two days are ever the same. Every new project brings fresh challenges, new people and opportunities to learn, something that perfectly reflects her own approach to life and work.
