This one-day programme develops team leaders and members with the skills to build a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected and fully able to contribute their unique perspectives and strengths to the team’s effectiveness.
The session focuses on understanding unconscious bias, promoting equitable opportunities and strengthening cultural awareness within the team. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants develop strategies for building an inclusive team culture, fostering open communication and leveraging diversity as a performance strength.
By the end of the programme, individuals will:
- Develop the knowledge and tools to build a genuinely inclusive team culture, strengthening awareness of the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion and fostering an environment where every team member feels valued and respected.
- Build insight into addressing unconscious bias, strengthening cultural awareness and creating an environment where diverse perspectives are actively embraced, resulting in improved communication and collaboration within the team.
- Formulate actionable plans to promote equitable opportunities, leverage diversity as a strength and contribute to building an inclusive team that reflects the richness of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
