The Challenge
The organization faced increasing levels of stress and burnout, a challenge shared across professional services firms in India. Long working hours and high client demands were taking a visible toll on employee well-being and leadership effectiveness.
Leaders at Partner and Director level needed to stay grounded and effective under pressure, balancing commercial priorities with empathy and human connection. The organization recognised that technical expertise alone was no longer enough; emotional intelligence had become an essential leadership capability.
The Solution
Inspirational Group partnered with the client to design and deliver Emotional Intelligence for Future Leaders, a two-day immersive experience supported by optional one-to-one coaching.
The programme equipped leaders with the mindset and tools to recognise emotional triggers, manage pressure, and lead with empathy and composure. Participants explored how self-awareness and emotional regulation directly influence performance, engagement, and decision-making.
Emotional Regulation
Leaders learned to manage emotional triggers and maintain composure during high-pressure moments. Practical techniques for self-regulation and reflection helped them lead with calm and confidence.
Self-Awareness
Participants explored their own behavioural patterns, using feedback and reflection to understand how emotions affect communication and decision-making.
Social Awareness
Through group discussion and role-play, leaders developed empathy and learned to read emotional cues within their teams, enhancing trust and collaboration.
EQ-i 2.0 Assessment and 1:1 Executive Coaching
Each participant completed the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence assessment, followed by optional coaching to translate insights into sustained behavioural change.
