Starting his career as an internal HR manager in the Italian and French telecommunications sector, Alberto transitioned to consultancy and coaching, where he has spent the past 18+ years designing and delivering impactful development programmes.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a certified Professional Leadership Coach (PLC) and Team Coach with The Forton Group, Alberto has guided senior leaders and teams across sectors in building strategies for growth, improving performance, and navigating organisational change.
