Anouk Mommens PCC is an experienced leadership coach and consultant based in Switzerland, coaching in English, French, Dutch, and with working knowledge of German. With a strong international background and a deep commitment to people development, Anouk empowers leaders to thrive through change, navigate cultural complexity, and sustain motivation under pressure.

Anouk brings a rich and varied career journey to her coaching. She began in sales and internal coaching roles in the private sector, followed by four years as an international tour guide at the United Nations, sharpening her cross-cultural communication and adaptability. Now ICF-accredited at PCC level, she partners with global organisations, NGOs, humanitarian institutions, and private clients to support professional growth, inclusion, and emotional resilience.

She is known for her warm, encouraging, and courageous style, blending neurocognitive behavioural training with practical tools and structured reflection. Her specialisms include intercultural coaching, burnout prevention, leadership development, team motivation, communication, and navigating transition.

Having lived and worked in the US, Kenya, France and now Switzerland, Anouk also brings deep insight into expat and relocation coaching. Whether working remotely or from her Geneva-based office near Place des Nations, she offers a coaching experience that is global, grounded, and deeply human.
