A former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and analyst at Goldman Sachs, Breandan has led high-performing teams across London and New York. He brings lived insight from navigating high-pressure corporate settings, making him a trusted partner for leaders seeking to drive meaningful impact while maintaining authenticity and resilience.
Breandan works with clients across sectors—corporate, nonprofit, and public institutions—including JPMorgan Chase, the NHS, and the United Nations. His coaching focuses on strategic progression, inclusive leadership, and overcoming barriers to foster a culture of trust, accountability, and belonging.
He has a particular passion for supporting disabled and neurodivergent professionals, shaped by his own lived experience of progressive visual impairment. As a result, his coaching approach is highly attuned to navigating challenges with adaptability, empathy, and purpose.
Currently based in London, Breandan teaches inclusive leadership and disability policy at NYU Wagner. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and holds an Executive MPA from NYU.
