Federica Schiaffino MCC is a trilingual executive coach, consultant, and global leadership expert based in Dubai. With over 30 years of corporate experience across four continents, Federica has led large-scale transformation, talent development, and organisational culture initiatives in complex, multicultural environments.

She consults and coaches in English, Spanish, and Italian, and holds elementary proficiency in Danish. Her coaching and consulting work spans energy, manufacturing, and B2B sectors, with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and sustainable leadership.
