Irene Oggawa ACC is a seasoned coach and organisational development specialist, known for her work in culturally diverse environments and across the international development sector. Based in Kenya, Irene supports leaders, teams, and organisations to align behaviours, structures, and strategies that unlock meaningful, mission-driven transformation.
With extensive experience in humanitarian, education, and NGO sectors, Irene partners with organisations to co-create systems that foster resilience, governance, and long-term impact. She is an ICF-accredited coach and a Certified Team and Group Coach with additional training in deep listening, adult learning, and organisational development.
