Jennifer Whitcomb MA, BA, MCC is an accomplished executive coach, consultant, and faculty member based in the United States. Coaching and training in English with basic French comprehension, Jennifer brings over two decades of global leadership experience to her work with senior leaders across the U.S., Canada, Africa, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

She specialises in partnering with C-suite and senior-level leaders to foster executive presence, enhance communication skills, and navigate complex organisational dynamics. Her coaching is known for being grounded, compassionate, honest, and insightful—creating the space for meaningful dialogue, clarity, and confident action.

Jennifer is a Master Certified Coach (ICF), a Certified Mentor Coach, and an expert in executive coaching, coach education, and organisation development. She has worked across the humanitarian, finance, consulting, health, IT, energy, and luxury goods sectors. Her clients value her ability to balance calm presence with catalytic challenge, helping them grow as individuals and leaders.

She delivers one-to-one leadership coaching, team and group coaching, and custom leadership development programmes. Jennifer is a faculty member in the Leadership Coaching Certificate Program and former Director of the Organization Development Certificate at Georgetown University. She also teaches advanced coaching programmes internationally, including with Nova Terra in Brussels.

Jennifer is qualified to administer MBTI, Hogan, and VOICES assessments. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a BA in Psychology, alongside professional credentials in coaching and organisational development.

She actively contributes to the coaching profession through volunteer work, mentorship, and past leadership roles with ICF, ACTO, and the Human Resource Leadership Forum.
