Lesley Mourant MSc, Dip.Rel.Psychol is a certified leadership coach and consultant based in Jersey, Channel Islands. With a background in Human Resources, Learning, and Organisational Development, Lesley brings a practical yet emotionally intelligent approach to coaching—empowering individuals and teams to explore their potential and align with their ideal selves.

Her global coaching experience spans corporate executives at world-leading financial institutions, educators, and humanitarian professionals. She is particularly skilled at supporting individuals through periods of change and transition, helping them overcome self-limiting beliefs and reconnect with their personal and professional purpose.

Lesley’s work draws on more than 15 years of financial services experience in high-change environments such as private equity, mergers, and acquisitions. She has designed and facilitated global behavioural change programmes, worked with senior leaders on people strategy, and led culture-building initiatives rooted in values and authenticity.

Known for her warm, open, and engaging style, Lesley helps clients unlock behavioural awareness, lead with authenticity, and cultivate long-term clarity and resilience. Her areas of expertise include career development, behavioural competency coaching, values alignment, and building life-purpose integration across work, relationships, and self-leadership.

She delivers one-to-one coaching, team and group coaching, leadership development programmes, and executive training. Lesley is certified by The Forton Group, holds a Diploma in Relationship Psychology, and an MSc in Human Resource Management. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and is currently pursuing PCC accreditation with the ICF.
