Lisa Kleitz

Lisa Kleitz is a highly skilled, creative, and committed coach and consultant who partners with clients through a dynamic and tailored approach. She empowers leaders to increase their personal and professional effectiveness, deliver strategic value, and lead with authenticity and purpose.

With over 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Lisa has held senior roles in leadership development, marketing, and coaching across global and national organisations. She coached participants from around the world for ten years through Harvard Business School’s Executive Education programs, and as Acting Director of Management Development at Nuance Communications, she delivered learning and development for more than 800 managers globally.

Lisa has also worked as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant in Verizon Business’s Talent Management Group, where she partnered with high-potential senior executives across corporate, government, and education markets. She previously collaborated with IBM on a major sales transformation initiative, coaching senior leaders and designing programs for 1,300 sales managers to improve performance and team climate. She has also supported hundreds of Fortune 500 executives through career transitions via two top-tier career management firms.

Her industry expertise spans biotech, tech, publishing, finance, telecoms, education, government, and professional services. Lisa is highly experienced in virtual coaching and team facilitation, bringing adaptability and deep engagement to all client settings.

Lisa is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC). She has completed over 3,500 coaching hours and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Lisa is also certified to deliver a wide range of assessments including Hogan, The Leadership Circle, EQ-i 2.0/360, and the Team Coaching International Team Diagnostic. She is on the faculty at Performance Consultants International, where she teaches coaching skills to global leaders.

Lisa is an active member of the International Coach Federation, the ICF New England Chapter, and the Institute of Coaching. Her passion is helping leaders leverage their strengths and deliver results that matter—both to themselves and their organisations.
