Natalie Dow PG Dip, BA, PCC is an executive coach, leadership development consultant, and HR specialist with over two decades of experience enabling success across healthcare, telecommunications, IT, and recruitment. Based in the UK, Natalie coaches and trains in English.

A former HR and organisational development leader, Natalie brings commercial acumen, policy insight, and a deep passion for human potential to her coaching. She specialises in supporting NHS leaders and teams, helping them navigate reform, develop strategic capabilities, and deliver better care for patients. Since 2004, she has worked closely with NHS managers, GP leaders, and consortia to interpret government policy and implement large-scale change initiatives.

Natalie is known for her strengths-based, equity-driven approach. She helps clients discover, stretch, and apply their unique strengths to build confidence, resolve conflict, and step into their full leadership potential. With a powerful ability to connect, influence, and inspire at all levels, including board level, Natalie is recognised as a catalyst for cultural and organisational change.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology with Art, a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management, and has completed extensive leadership and coach training with The Forton Group, The Performance Coach, and the Burnham Rosen Group. Natalie is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and CIPD.

She is also the founder of Leading Mums, an initiative supporting professional women with children to achieve success with less stress and greater fulfilment.
