Osama Al Mosa

Osama Al-Mosa PCC is a Jordan-based executive coach, consultant, and leadership development specialist who pioneers professional coaching across the Middle East. Coaching fluently in both English and Arabic, Osama brings more than 3,000 hours of executive and leadership coaching experience to his global practice. Osama’s mission is to support leaders and organisations to maximise their impact through the development of core competencies—using a principle-centered, scientifically grounded approach. He is known for building trust-based coaching relationships that foster deep reflection, personal growth, and strategic clarity. He specialises in executive, leadership, organisational, business, and career coaching, with additional expertise in high-performance team development, conflict resolution, change management, negotiation, and advanced facilitation. His coaching and consulting style is structured, evidence-based, and deeply relational—drawing on certifications in methodologies including ORSC, NeuroLeadership, Co-Active, and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Osama’s 17-year corporate background includes senior leadership roles in general management, sales, marketing, HR, product management, and customer service across the Middle East. Today, he supports senior leaders, high potentials, and cross-functional teams through 1:1 coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development initiatives delivered globally for multinational firms, institutions, and NGOs. He holds a pharmacy degree from the University of Jordan and is completing a postgraduate qualification in Psychology and Leadership Development at London Metropolitan University. He also holds a Chartered Institute of Marketing diploma and has completed multiple advanced coaching and assessment certifications. Osama is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a recognised leadership solutions specialist with a track record of transforming potential into performance.
