Tatjana Dragosavac is a certified executive coach, supervisor, and business trainer with over 18 years of experience supporting leaders and teams in both public administration and the private sector. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, deep human insight, and a strong belief in empowering clients to drive their own transformation.
Tatjana began her career in public service, where she spent more than a decade as a training manager and HR expert in government. In this time, she gained extensive experience in training needs analysis, leadership development, and mentoring. Since 2017, she has led her own consulting and coaching business, delivering coaching, supervision, and training to executives and teams across industries including energy, telecoms, banking, manufacturing, and government.
She coaches in English, Serbian, and Croatian, and has delivered more than 2,000 coaching hours through platforms such as CoachHub, BetterUp, and Sharpist. Her clients include organisations such as Lukoil, Magna Seating, Schneider Electric, Zagreb Bank, the EU, the Council of Europe, and many others.
Tatjana is accredited as an EMCC Senior Practitioner, Team Coach (ITCA), and ECA Coach. She has also trained extensively in The Inner Game methodology and NLP, and is experienced in psychometric and 360 feedback tools including DISC and MBTI. Her areas of specialism include leadership coaching, team development, resilience, strategic thinking, public speaking, change management, and career transitions.
In addition to her coaching, Tatjana is an accomplished trainer and speaker. She has delivered more than 100 days of training on soft leadership skills, presented at international coaching conferences, and developed national training programmes and accreditation standards for coaches and mentors.
Tatjana is based in the Netherlands and works internationally. She holds a degree from the Faculty of Political Science in Belgrade and is currently completing a Master’s in Human Resources.
