Inspirational Group receives Bronze Award under the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme

The award recognises organizations that demonstrate a clear commitment to supporting members of the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, reservists, veterans, and their families.

By signing the Armed Forces Covenant and achieving Bronze status, Inspirational Group has formally pledged to ensure that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces are treated with fairness and respect in the communities and organizations they contribute to. The Covenant recognises the unique obligations and sacrifices made by service personnel and their families.

The Bronze award confirms that Inspirational Group has:

• Signed the Armed Forces Covenant
• Informed colleagues of its commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community
• Confirmed its understanding of the responsibilities involved in being a Covenant supporter

The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme encourages employers across the UK to support defence and demonstrate how organizations can contribute positively to the Armed Forces community.

The application for the award was submitted by Jake Meyer last year, and we are pleased to see this commitment formally recognised.

Supporting members of the Armed Forces community also reflects our belief that capability, discipline and service values strengthen organizational performance and execution. These attributes are central to how organizations operate under pressure and deliver consistent results.
