Harvest 2025: Small Actions, Real Impact
This October, Inspirational Group colleagues across the UK and India came together to support our annual Harvest Festival food drive, collecting donations and raising funds to help local communities.
The initiative reflects our ongoing commitment as a certified B Corp to use business as a force for good and make a positive difference in the places where we live and work.
In the UK, Chief Operating Officer Heather Couchman and Ellie Couchman delivered food supplies and essentials to The Salvation Army Food Bank, where the team were busy preparing parcels for families in need. The donations were warmly received and will help to provide much-needed support to those experiencing food insecurity.
In Pune, Riya Arora led a similar effort, using funds raised to provide grocery packs for the support staff within our office building. The gesture was a small but meaningful way to recognise and give back to the people who help keep our workplaces running every day.
Together, these efforts turned the spirit of Harvest into real-world impact, strengthening community connections and reinforcing Inspirational Group’s belief in purposeful business.
Thank you to everyone who donated, supported, or spread the word.
