IDG wins prestigious award at the Golden Globe Tigers Award for Excellence Ceremony

Global leadership development consultancy the Inspirational Development Group (IDG) was delighted and honoured to receive the “Best in Training & Organizational Development” award at the 2019 Golden Globe Tigers HR Excellence Awards dinner in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The prestigious awards are part of the World HRD Congress and aim to “recognise the best of the best”. IDG’s ‘Leadership Programme for Technical Architects’ was honoured alongside other category winners including Abbott Healthcare, VE Commercial Vehicles, Maruti Suzuki India, Deloitte Support Services., Tech Mahindra, Tata, and AIA Life Insurance Company.

The ‘Leadership Programme for Technical Architects’ was designed specifically for a group of senior technical executives working for a renowned global IT company in Pune, India. The Programme was developed to help upskill the participants to think and act like well-rounded business leaders, not just technical experts.
