We are delighted to announce that Inspirational Group is now a proud member of Anthropy – a vibrant leadership community working together to make the UK a better place .

At Inspirational Group, our purpose is clear: to Inspire Leadership for a Better Tomorrow. This aligns perfectly with Anthropy’s mission to bring together future-focused leaders and organizations in order to help shape a positive, sustainable, and successful future for the UK.

As a B Corp certified organization, our values of innovation, impact, integrity, inspiration and partnership are at the heart of everything we do, and one of our reasons for joining Anthropy is how well they resonate with the Anthropy Charter. This is their strategy for inspiring a better Britain, encouraging Anthropists to embrace a dynamic stewardship of “human kindness, meaningful collaboration, and unbound leadership”.

Looking Ahead to Anthropy25

We’re looking forward to attending Anthropy25 from 26-28 March at the iconic Eden Project. This unique gathering of cross-sector leadership will host over 800 organizations, engaging in 200+ sessions designed to spark innovation, nuture fresh thinking, and build optimism for Britain’s future.

The event promises to be a “glimpse into the future”, with the opportunity to hear from visionary leaders and take part in impactful conversations. Such shared learning and collaboration opportunities are in our DNA and we can’t wait to hear the new ideas and share some of our own with such inspirational people looking to truly make a difference.

Spotlight on Leadership: Simon Mann Joins the Panel

We’re proud to share that Simon Mann, Inspirational Group Managing Director, will be joining the panel discussion on:

🎙️ “How Should We Show Up in Society?”
🗓️ Thursday, 27 March 2025
🕔 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
📍 Pavilion

This intimate and unfiltered discussion will explore how integrity, transparency, and accountability can be encouraged to build trust in our communities, workplaces, and public life. The session asks a vital question: if trust starts with us, what does that mean for how we engage with the world?

Simon will be joined by an inspiring panel of leaders:

  • Ben Brabyn, Director at Amitypath
  • Jade Barnett, Co-Founder at Power2Prevail Community
  • Mandy Thorn MBE DL, Chair at National Crimebeat
  • Stefan Stern, Visiting Professor at Bayes Business School, City St. George’s, University of London
  • Vivienne Artz, Chief Executive at FTSE Women Leaders Review

This session will offer powerful insights into the role of individuals in rebuilding trust and shaping society, and we’re proud to be part of the conversation.
