Flying Forward Sustainably: How We’re Offsetting Our Carbon Footprint

That’s why we’ve partnered with Switch2Zero to actively offset our environmental impact, including emissions from international flights and programme delivery.

Our Climate Commitments

We’ve launched several key initiatives to support our sustainability goals:

1. Plant a Tree: We now plant a tree for every participant attending our programmes to offset their individual environmental impact.
2. Fly Green: We offset the carbon emissions generated by flights taken as a result of programme delivery.

Our contributions are visible via our live Impact Dashboard, showing the verified projects we support across the globe.

Each action forms part of a growing commitment to climate responsibility and integrity.

Where Our Impact Lands

Thanks to Switch2Zero’s strategic project blending approach, our contributions support:

All projects are vetted by the United Nations and Gold Standard, and assessed against the Integrity Council’s Core Carbon Principles.

Verified and Visible

Every contribution we make through Switch2Zero is backed by:

• A personalised certificate (available each quarter)
• An Impact Statement showing project types and distribution
• QR code verification and a public ledger for full transparency

Looking Ahead

We’re currently working with Switch2Zero to calculate a high-level estimate
of our 2024 carbon footprint, and to establish realistic net zero targets.

Once verified and offset, we’ll receive a Scope 1 & 2 Carbon Neutral badge, which we’ll proudly share on marketing materials, proposals and more.

We’re also reviewing the consistency of how our existing BCorp initiatives are being applied across the business, to ensure our impact grows with intention and integrity.

Why It Matters

We know that climate change is a global crisis, and tackling it requires bold action. While we can’t eliminate the need for travel or print entirely, we can take meaningful steps to own our impact and lead with integrity.
