Job Vacancy: Programme Support Assistant

IDG are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to support our award-winning and innovative leadership development programmes. Based in the south of England, the role will include helping ensure the smooth running of our face-to-face programmes, preparation of materials and management of stock, production support on our live online programmes, and general admin support.

The Inspirational Development Group (IDG) is a leading global Human Performance & Leadership Development consultancy. We offer a variety of developmental offerings whether conducted as large scale multi-modular development programmes, or shorter interventions on key business issues or specific skills development. We are also providers of digital learning and unique online development experiences.

This role reports into the Head of Client Operations and involves working flexibly to meet client requirements. Candidates will require a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel as part of the role to support the delivery of programmes predominately in the south of England, but also across the wider UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site support of face-to-face programmes.

• Preparation of materials to support the delivery of face-to-face programmes.

• Management of the IDG programme material stores including stock.

• Responsibility for procurement of programme and business-related purchases.

• Administration support for IDG programmes.

• Assist in the management of day-to-day operations at Ascot, Berkshire.

• Support the production of live digital programmes.

• Video production support – assisting with the filming and editing of Marketing content as well as tutorial films for IDG online programmes/professional qualifications.

Additionally, this role will include:

• Business Support

Key Skills applicable to this role:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work individually and part of a team

• Knowledge of online conference packages – zoom, webex, etc

• High level of attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including excel

• Experience in events management and planning is desirable
