Sharing the Harvest: How Our B Corp Community Is Giving Back This October

This October, as we celebrate Harvest Festival here in the UK, a tradition of gratitude and sharing, we have a unique opportunity to come together as a business and make a tangible difference.

As a certified B Corp, we are committed not only to driving business success but also to creating positive impact for society and the environment. Giving back is at the heart of what it means to be a B Corp, and this initiative is a chance to bring those values to life.

We are launching a non-perishable food collection drive throughout October. All donations will go directly to local food banks and community organisations, supporting individuals and families who are experiencing food insecurity. Any money raised will be split between our 2 operational bases in the UK and Pune, India.

Why it matters

• Community impact: Every tin, box, or packet donated helps ensure that people in need can access nutritious meals.
• Shared purpose: Coming together as a team and a community to contribute builds stronger connections within our organisation and beyond.
• Harvest spirit: Honouring tradition by sharing abundance, especially at a time when many faces difficult choices between food, energy, and other essentials.

How you can help

• Bring in non-perishable items (tinned food, pasta, rice, cereals, UHT milk, etc.) to the IG House if you are based in the UK and into the India Office for those based in Pune
• Spread the word – encourage colleagues, friends, and family to get involved.

Money raised will be shared with our other operational base in Pune, India where they will use the money to give to local food banks in this region also.
