Still Inspiring After 25 Years

2025 is our 25th anniversary, and it’s a pretty momentous milestone in anyone’s book. It’s one I’ve been encouraging our team to consciously stop and consider.

When we launched our business back in 2000, the Nokia 3310 and Playstation 2  were the height of tech excellence, and how we delivered our leadership programmes looked very different to how we do now. But, interestingly, they didn’t feel all that different, and that’s an important distinction.

What’s Changed—and What Hasn’t

Yes, we deliver virtually, hybrid and in-person now. We’re even more global than ever, with permanent bases in Saudi Arabia, India, Mainland Europe, and our HQ in London. And we utilise the very latest technology to make every course, programme, and learning experience accessible, memorable, and perfectly tailored.

But the care with which we deliver, the expertise of our incredible team, and the relationships we develop with our wonderful clients? That feels the same as it always has.
