UK

Alice is a strategic and creative marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping brand narratives, building digital capability and bringing human stories to life. She combines curiosity, commercial awareness and a collaborative style to help IG connect meaningfully with audiences across the world.

Alice brings a rare blend of creativity, digital expertise and practical thinking to her role as Marketing Manager. With more than two decades of experience across both agency and in-house environments, she has built a career around understanding what makes people connect with a brand and how to translate that into content, campaigns and experiences that actually resonate.

Her marketing journey has been shaped by a strong digital focus from the very beginning. As an early adopter of social and online channels, she championed digital thinking long before it became the industry norm. That mindset led her to drive transformation at CLP, where she helped the organisation modernise its marketing infrastructure and adopt scalable platforms such as HubSpot and Microsoft 365. She is equally at home delivering strategy, managing complex migrations or strengthening the relationship between marketing, sales and delivery teams.

Since joining Inspirational Group through the CLP acquisition, Alice has led campaigns that have grown IG’s visibility and strengthened its voice in the market. She has shaped major initiatives including digital content programmes, the coaching masterclass series, the Inspirational Stories project and campaigns such as Invictus and the Christmas appeals. Her work reflects a belief that successful marketing is not just about reach or metrics, but about telling stories that feel real, relevant and human.

Alice brings strategic thinking, a love of data and a strong storytelling instinct. She is passionate about building infrastructure that helps marketing work smarter, not louder, and she enjoys experimenting with new tools, platforms and automation to improve impact.

Outside of work, Alice lives in the Cotswolds with her family. Life is happily full and often lively, with two children, school events and PTA commitments where she has taken an active role in strengthening communication and community spirit. She enjoys reading, netball, cooking, baking and planning adventures big and small, from camping trips to sunny holidays. She never turns down a glass of wine with friends or a good Netflix binge, and she finds real joy in keeping a busy family life running smoothly with the help of a very satisfying to do list.

Alice draws inspiration from her husband Graham, whose enthusiasm and energy she admires, even when it is slightly exhausting. Her favourite moments at IG include hearing people’s stories during the 25th anniversary celebrations, which reinforced how much love and passion sits behind the organisation’s mission.

When asked what makes IG different, Alice highlights the team’s genuine desire to make a positive difference for clients, colleagues and the world around us. She values being part of a B Corp and working alongside people who care deeply about the impact they create.
