Catherine Hatfield

Catherine’s career spans more than two decades across the media, entertainment and leadership development sectors. She has worked with globally recognised organisations including Virgin Media, Mercury Records at Universal Music, and MTV, building a strong reputation for project leadership, client management and delivery excellence in environments where expectations are high and timelines move quickly.

She began her career as an intern in MTV’s Talent and Artist Relations team, an experience that shaped her approach to work early on. Working with artists and production teams taught her how to stay calm under pressure, expect the unexpected and handle complex situations with professionalism and good humour. Those lessons continue to inform how she leads projects today.

Since joining Inspirational Group in 2024, Catherine has managed global leadership programmes for European clients, overseeing delivery from end to end. Her role spans scheduling, logistics, client communications, financial oversight and accreditation compliance, ensuring programmes run smoothly, on time and to a consistently high standard. She is particularly skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping complex projects on track without losing sight of quality or client experience.

Catherine thrives in dynamic environments and brings a strong delivery mindset to her work. Her background includes leading digital product launches, rebrands and high value supplier negotiations, giving her a broad understanding of risk management, stakeholder alignment and strategic execution. At IG, she is a trusted pair of hands, known for her reliability, attention to detail and collaborative approach.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys horse riding, live music and festivals, and travelling whenever she gets the chance. Recent highlights include trips to Japan, Cambodia, Thailand, Iceland and an American road trip. She also values quieter moments spent with family and pets, relaxing with a good book or a film.
