Heather is a steady, trusted leader who enables both Inspirational Group and its clients to flourish. With deep experience across operations, people and governance, she brings clarity, care and rigour to everything she does, ensuring the business runs well and people feel supported to do their best work.

Heather plays a pivotal role at Inspirational Group, working closely with colleagues across the business to create strong foundations for sustainable growth. Her work spans financial planning, operational governance, people wellbeing and regulatory compliance, all with a clear focus on delivering an exceptional experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Before joining Inspirational Group in 2009, Heather spent more than a decade working within human resources functions, helping organisations become more effective from the inside. She specialised in leadership development and the identification and nurturing of emerging talent, gaining a deep understanding of how people, systems and culture interact. Earlier in her career, she also held operational roles within the financial services industry, giving her a strong commercial and risk aware perspective.

Heather is APMP certified and brings significant expertise in proposal management. She has spent many years shaping and managing complex bids, tailoring solutions carefully to meet the specific needs of clients. Her ability to combine detail, structure and insight ensures that proposals are both robust and genuinely client centred.

Alongside her work at IG, Heather is a trustee of The London Horseplay Centre, a charity that uses equine assisted therapy to support people experiencing mental health challenges. This role reflects her wider commitment to wellbeing, inclusion and using thoughtful interventions to make a positive difference.

Heather is known for her calm presence, collaborative approach and deep sense of responsibility for both people and outcomes. She enjoys working at IG because it allows her to combine commercial discipline with purpose, supporting a business that genuinely cares about its impact on clients, colleagues and the wider community.
