Laurent joined Inspirational Group in 2013 and has played a key role in shaping the organization’s evolution from a traditional leadership development consultancy into a more innovation-driven and technology-enabled business. Over the years he has worked across consulting, programme leadership and innovation roles, supporting clients around the world to design and deliver transformational leadership programmes.
Today, as Chief Technology Officer, Laurent focuses on building the next generation of AI-enabled behavioural development platforms. His work centres on combining human insight with data and technology to help organisations measure leadership capability, understand behavioural patterns and develop people more effectively at scale.
A central theme throughout Laurent’s career has been a deep curiosity about how systems, like organizations, function and how behaviour influences performance. Working closely with senior leaders across different sectors and cultures sparked his interest in behavioural change as a strategic lever, often more powerful than structure or process alone. This curiosity gradually expanded into exploring how diagnostics, data and AI can offer more systematic insights into organizational performance.
His thinking is also shaped by an interest in complex adaptive systems and how organisations evolve. By combining behavioural science and technology, Laurent works to translate theory into practical tools that help organizations navigate change and improve performance in real environments.
Alongside his technical and strategic work, Laurent remains passionate about the human impact of leadership development. One of the moments he is most proud of at IG was supporting a programme delivered with the Jordanian King’s Court, providing an inspirational summer course for children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Experiences like this remind him that social capital expands opportunity and potential.
Laurent grew up in London between cultures, with French and Italian parents and a French education, which has shaped his international perspective and curiosity about different ways of thinking. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, playing football, exploring ideas through books and podcasts, experimenting with new technologies and occasionally returning to one of his earliest creative pursuits. Before entering the world of consulting, he began his career as a pop music producer.
He is inspired by thinkers who challenge established ideas and connect disciplines in new ways. As Richard Feynman once said: “I would rather have questions that can’t be answered than answers that can’t be questioned.”
Laurent values Inspirational Group for its entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity. For him, it is a place where ideas can be tested, innovation is encouraged and people genuinely care about helping organisations become better places to work.
