Laurent navigates IDG towards ever greater success. By exploring future trends and embracing new technologies and opportunities, he equips the team to meet clients’ evolving needs.
Before joining IDG in 2011, Laurent was European Head for an international headhunting firm that served blue-chip organisations, including some of IDG’s biggest clients. He began his IDG journey as Head of Technology, developing our people analytics offering to help clients transform their organisations through valuable, actionable data.
Laurent is well versed in Lean Project Management and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, proving he can deliver high quality solutions on schedule and within budget. Fluent in both French and Italian, he’s also certified to use the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI 2.0) psychometric tools. Occasionally he joins training programmes to share his commercial and leadership expertise.
