Madhura Kirane

Madhura brings over a decade of experience across financial operations, accounting, education and administrative support. She holds three postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Economics and Accounts, giving her a strong technical foundation and a detailed understanding of financial processes.

She joined Inspirational Group in 2022 as a Project Administrator, where she supported recruitment and operational processes, including applicant review, interview coordination and documentation management. In early 2023, she moved into her current role in Finance and Business Support, where her responsibilities expanded significantly.

Today, Madhura supports the financial operations of the business across multiple regions. She manages accounts payable for the UK and posts supplier and associate invoices across UK, USD, Euro and India accounts using Sage 50C Cloud. She prepares and processes employee expenses, supports VAT, GST and income tax reconciliations, and assists with both month end and year end close activities. She also prepares detailed reports, sets up payments through Bacs, ACH and priority transfers, maintains the fixed asset register and coordinates closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Madhura is known for her reliability, attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of complex tasks. Her work ensures that financial processes are accurate, compliant and timely, supporting both the day to day running of the business and longer term decision making. While much of her contribution happens behind the scenes, it is essential to the smooth delivery of IG’s work.
