Makki has spent his career at the intersection of technology and business growth. With more than 15 years of experience delivering IT solutions across global enterprises and local organisations, he brings a strong technical foundation, a strategic mindset and a clear, practical approach to building partnerships.

His background spans infrastructure modernisation, digital transformation and operational improvement, and he has a track record of leading complex engagements across multiple entities. Makki is known for identifying growth opportunities, aligning stakeholders and guiding organisations through both technical and cultural change. He brings a cross cultural perspective that blends international business experience with a deep understanding of the Middle East, allowing him to build trust and collaboration in diverse environments.

Makki joined Inspirational Group as Business Development Manager for the Middle East, where he plays a key role in shaping regional partnerships, strengthening long term relationships and supporting clients as they evolve. One of the things he values most about IG is that it is a personality driven organisation. For him, the culture, the people and the sense of genuine connection are at the heart of why he chose to be here.

His expertise includes strategic selling, sales frameworks and deployment, and IT sales across infrastructure, cloud and AI readiness. He brings practical business experience and an action oriented approach to what can sometimes be abstract or vision led discussions. His clarity, integrity and hands on style make him someone clients can rely on.

Outside of work, Makki is an avid climber and outdoor enthusiast. He also enjoys running, the gym and attending musicals and shows when they open in Riyadh. He often heads to the park during the cooler months and finds energy in staying active. His biggest inspiration comes from people who make a difference without expecting anything in return, a value he says he learned from his mother.

His favourite quote reflects his belief in discipline and steady progress:

When asked what he is most proud of so far at IG, Makki says joining the organisation itself. Although he is early in his IG journey, he is already inspired by the positivity and commitment he sees across the team. He especially enjoys working with Annie, who brings both personality and a practical, grounded understanding of what is happening on the ground.

Makki describes IG as less corporate and less process heavy than other environments he has worked in. He sees this as a strength, because it gives space for creativity, problem solving and individual personalities to shape the way we work internally and externally.
