Peter is a highly experienced leadership practitioner whose career spans military service, government advisory roles and international business growth. With a strong belief in long term relationships, effective leadership behaviours and value driven innovation, he supports organisations seeking meaningful and sustainable growth.

Peter joined Inspirational Group in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of leadership experience gained across the UK and the Middle East. His work is grounded in a belief that sustainable business success is built on strong relationships, clear leadership behaviours and a genuine commitment to creating value for customers.

Peter spent the first 24 years of his career in the British Army, where he progressed to senior leadership roles within the Parachute Regiment and the Ministry of Defence. These years shaped his approach to leadership, accountability and performance in complex and demanding environments.

After leaving the military, Peter moved to Abu Dhabi to work as an advisor to the United Arab Emirates Government. This role deepened his understanding of leadership and organisational transformation within a global and cross cultural context.

Building on this experience, Peter went on to establish the Middle Eastern arm of a multinational organisation specialising in training for the defence, security and transport sectors. Over the following five years, he grew this into four successful companies with diverse portfolios, demonstrating his ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution.

More recently, Peter has worked as a business consultant on an EU funded programme supporting fast growing UK organisations. In this role, he mentored business leaders through periods of growth and change, helping them strengthen leadership capability and build resilient, future ready organisations.

Peter’s leadership style is practical, relationship focused and grounded in real world experience. At IG, he brings a calm, thoughtful presence and a deep understanding of what it takes to lead and grow organisations in complex environments.
