Tracey Parry

Tracey began her career in business systems analysis before moving into consulting with a major firm, where she worked across logistics, process re-engineering, business development and knowledge management. She has also supported start-ups and smaller organisations in leadership development, giving her a broad and practical understanding of how organisations function and grow.

A recurring theme throughout her career has been acting as a bridge between different groups. Whether liaising between business stakeholders and technology teams or coordinating multinational offices to deliver unified proposals, Tracey has developed a strong ability to align diverse perspectives and drive shared outcomes.

She joined Inspirational Group in 2023 as an experienced Project Manager and progressed to Client Services Manager in 2025. Today, she manages several high profile clients, applying her strengths in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and delivery oversight to ensure programmes are executed to the highest standard.

Tracey brings a sharp analytical mind and the ability to grasp complex information quickly. She is particularly experienced in competency frameworks and has led large scale 360-degree feedback programmes from concept through to delivery across multiple sectors. Her approach combines detail, consistency and clear communication, ensuring projects run smoothly and clients feel confident and supported.

One of her proudest achievements at IG has been project managing the delivery of the Misk Ignited Voices programme in 2023 and 2024. This comprehensive eight week programme was designed to equip Saudi youth with the skills and confidence to represent their country on the international stage. For Tracey, supporting initiatives that have a tangible impact on young people’s futures is deeply rewarding.

Tracey values the variety and opportunity her role at IG provides, along with the strong culture of colleagues looking out for one another. She is motivated by making a difference and by seeing programmes translate into meaningful growth for participants.
