Activating and Leading Change

At a glance

Learning objectives:

  • Recognise and address the behaviours that block change progress.
  • Build a stakeholder-led change architecture aligned to corporate strategy.
  • Apply practical tools to engage, mobilise and sustain key stakeholder groups.
  • Align messaging and interventions to desired behavioural outcomes.
  • Manage common pitfalls and sustain momentum through structured reflective practice.

Who’s it for?

  • Experienced leaders responsible for significant organizational or functional change.
  • Project and programme leaders needing to mobilise and sustain stakeholder commitment.
  • Leaders seeking to strengthen their capability to influence behaviour and overcome barriers.

Well-designed change frequently stalls when behaviours remain stuck. The gap between planning and execution is a behavioural one. Leaders who can activate people, not just design process, are the ones who deliver change that holds.
