Programme Overview

Change Leadership Fundamentals helps emerging leaders understand how change affects people, teams and organisations. Through interactive simulation, practical tools and facilitated reflection, participants gain confidence in leading others through uncertainty. They explore resistance, motivation, stakeholder perspectives and the human side of transformation to build a foundation for effective change leadership.

Experience Change In Action

As part of the Change Leadership Fundamentals programme, participants experience the dynamics of change through ActeeChange, an interactive simulation available both online and in person. The game-based environment encourages leaders to explore resistance, test strategies, and practise guiding their teams through transformation in a safe and engaging way.

Session One: Understanding Change

A full day of interactive simulation using ActeeChange and practical case study application. Participants experience diverse perspectives, group responses and the challenges of guiding teams through change.

Session Two: Leading Through Resistance

A virtual 4 hour session focused on practical tools to map stakeholder motivations and manage resistance with clarity and empathy.

Afterwork Application

Participants apply empathy maps and change tools to a live workplace challenge.
