A dedicated Project Director and Project Manager oversee all aspects of planning, administration and rollout. Delivery is carried out by a team of 30-plus specialist trainers, working across multiple languages and geographies. Every module is production-ready, with standardised materials including pre-reads, training decks, facilitator guides and train-the-trainer kits.
The suite is organised into three levels: Essential for emergent leaders, Advanced for experienced leaders and Mastery for strategic leaders. Modules 1 and 2 sit at Essential level. Modules 3 and 4 sit at Advanced. Modules 5 and 6 sit at Mastery. Each level builds on the last, though modules can be accessed independently where appropriate.
Impact is assessed through structured post-programme review sessions conducted in partnership with the client. These evaluate performance against agreed outcomes, track changes in behaviour and capability, and generate data to refine subsequent cohorts. Performance improvement is demonstrated, not assumed.
Yes. The suite has been designed with flexibility in mind. Module 1, for example, uses an interactive simulation built around the client’s own change principles. Train-the-trainer kits are available for all modules, enabling organisations to build internal delivery capability over time. Our team provides facilitation training, quality assurance and ongoing support to ensure internal delivery meets the same standard as external delivery.
