Charting the Change Journey

At a glance

Learning objectives:

  • Diagnose the context and commercial drivers of a specific change initiative.
  • Map stakeholders, milestones and success metrics with clarity.
  • Design an end-to-end change roadmap aligned to organizational strategy.
  • Apply AI-supported diagnostics and structured peer feedback to strengthen planning.
  • Build capability to communicate and secure buy-in for a change initiative.

Who’s it for?

  • Mid-level and experienced leaders driving change across teams or business functions.
  • Leaders responsible for designing structured change plans aligned to corporate strategy.
  • Participants with a live change initiative ready to apply directly to the programme.

Poorly planned change carries real commercial risk. Time, resource and credibility are lost when initiatives lack structure, stakeholder alignment or a clear roadmap. Experienced leaders need rigorous methods to design, test and align change before execution begins. This programme builds that capability.
