This programme helps individuals to challenge limiting beliefs, understand their behaviours and build the confidence needed to break through the personal and professional barriers that limit their potential. Through workshops, experiential learning, coaching and guided reflection, participants gain deeper self-awareness and develop tools to help them progress and thrive in their career.

Create a positive mindset

Using Strengthscope® profiling, delegates identify their natural strengths and talents and how to use them effectively. They learn how to shift unhelpful thinking and apply their skills with confidence to create impact in their role.

Many people hold themselves back without realising it. We help individuals explore the beliefs, emotions and assumptions influencing their career decisions – then reframe these into actionable opportunities and practical next steps for progression.

Using Strengthscope® profiling, you will learn how your strengths and potential overdrive behaviours influence performance. You will explore personal ambitions, challenges, and opportunities in your current roles, building self-awareness and clarity about how to lead authentically and purposefully.

Influence, collaboration & courageous conversations 

With a focus on influencing skills, emotional intelligence and inclusive leadership, you will learn how to balance strengths with key development needs, communicate with confidence, and handle difficult conversations through practical real-play scenarios.

Decision-making, resilience & positive performance

Critical thinking leads to good decision-making, resilience, and wellbeing. You will explore frameworks for problem-solving, tools for maintaining balance under pressure, and approaches for sustaining confidence and performance through change.

Self reflection, coaching & evaluation

Throughout the programme, you will be encouraged to reflect on and practice the methodologies you have learnt. Your final coaching session with our lead facilitator will equip you to think about how to overcome challenges, embrace your career objectives and leverage your strengths to progress with confidence.
