Coaching is no longer a specialist skill. Leaders and aspiring coaches who can coach well build trust, accountability and performance. This programme is the first accredited module of our Certified Leadership Coach Programme, designed to build core coaching skills and confidence. It provides a clear pathway toward full ICF Level 1 coach accreditation through continued learning and practice.

Programme Overview

This ICF accredited coach training programme builds core coaching capability through practice, reflection and feedback. Participants develop essential coaching skills aligned to ICF competencies, gaining practical experience and a clear pathway toward professional coaching accreditation.

This module forms the first stage of the Certified Leadership Coach Programme and must be completed alongside further modules to achieve full ICF Level 1 accreditation.

Our programme is fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

This programme is ICF-accredited as part of our Certified Leadership Coach Programme and meets the requirements for the first module toward ICF Level 1 accreditation. Participants must complete the full programme pathway to gain Level 1 credential eligibility.

    No. The programme is suitable for beginners as well as those with informal coaching experience.

    All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Your registration on a course is dependent upon receipt of full payment.
    Part payments are accepted and must be agreed, in writing, with the Course Co- Ordinator – admin@beinspirational.com
    We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card, including online (stripe). All payment will be in the currency to be agreed.

    Cancellation of a course must be made a minimum of thirty (30) business days prior to the course to be eligible for a full refund.
    Cancellations made less than ten (10) days before the course are not eligible for a refund.
    Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date the withdrawal is received by Inspirational Group.
    Refunds will be made within ten (10) days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.
    Registration Modifications
    Modifications to registration, including substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least seven days before the programme date.
    Participants may contact Inspirational Group to modify their registration at admin@beinspirational.com
    Course changes will be allowed if there are places available.

    Inspirational Group seeks to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to attempt to solve any grievances in a timely and fair manner.
    Participants have the right to file a grievance regarding presentation or content, facility concerns, or instructor/faculty behavior.
    All grievances will be addressed to the best of our ability to resolve problems and prevent further issues.
    A process for filing grievances can be found below:

    • Step One
      A participant should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the educator/trainer, staff, or participant with whom they have an issue.
      If participants are not comfortable approaching the individual, they can proceed to step 2.
    • Step Two
      If participants are not comfortable approaching the individual with whom they have a grievance, or are unable to resolve the issue directly, participants should submit a written grievance to the Course Co-Ordinator within ten (10) days. admin@beinspirational.com
      The Course Co-Ordinator will review the issue and contact the student within five (5) working days of receiving the complaint. The Course Co- Ordinator will work with all parties involved to resolve the issue.
    • Appeals
      If a participant does not feel the issue is resolved, a written request for an appeal should be sent to Iain Robertson, Director of Consulting, for review. iain.robertson@beinspirational.com
      This appeal should include the original complaint and reason(s) the participant is unsatisfied with the resolution attempt(s).
      Appeals are reviewed and a written response will be provided to the participant within Ten (10) days. All appeal decisions are final.
