The Programme Journey

Programme Design

We work with you to design a coaching programme aligned to your organizational context, leadership priorities and participant population. Briefings for sponsors, line managers and participants are included.

Application and Matching

Participants complete an online application, which comes directly to Inspirational Group. Each participant receives a personalised selection of matched coaches based on their profile and development goals.

Chemistry Call

Participants select a coach and complete a 30-minute chemistry call. If the match is not right, we arrange an alternative. No pressure, no friction.

Coaching Begins

Coach and participant agree their coaching contract and begin their sessions. A typical programme comprises six 60-minute sessions, with pre, midpoint and post-programme questionnaires throughout.

Insight and Review

We track sessions, monitor engagement and produce regular programme reports. Quarterly cultural intelligence calls share coaching themes with your team, supporting organisational learning and informing future priorities.
