This half-day programme develops leaders to embody and promote ethical leadership, ensuring their actions align with personal and organizational values and contribute to a positive, values-driven working environment that supports team effectiveness. The session covers the identification of personal and organizational values, aligning them with leadership behaviours, and building a culture of integrity and authenticity.
