Brenda Van Rossum is a dynamic leadership coach and trauma-informed workplace specialist with more than 14 years of coaching experience and a professional background spanning three decades across customer service, IT sales, and community development. Her work is grounded in building self-awareness, trust, and resilience—helping clients create environments where people thrive, voices are heard, and growth is sustainable.

Brenda empowers individuals and teams to build self-accountability, effective communication, and mutual respect through coaching that is rooted in compassion, integrity, and transformational questioning.
