Dr. Tarek Jomaa

Dr. Tarek Jomaa FloL, SFHEA is a multilingual executive coach, consultant, and mentor with a unique leadership portfolio spanning motorsport, engineering, higher education, and organisational development. Based in the UK, Tarek coaches and facilitates in English, French, Italian, and Arabic, with additional working knowledge of Spanish.

A Senior Practitioner accredited by EMCC Global, Tarek brings an energising and awareness-driven approach to leadership coaching. He is known for challenging leaders to break through barriers, enhance their self-awareness, and step confidently into high-performance leadership roles. Tarek’s work blends academic innovation and practical transformation—having reshaped the motorsport engineering curriculum at the University of Derby and pioneered the integration of coaching into teaching and leadership.

He is the creator of the “5A Leader” concept, a developmental model based on five pillars of awareness, and is widely respected for supporting transformational change in both individuals and systems. His contributions have earned him senior fellowships with Advance HE and leadership accreditation through the Institute of Leadership.

Tarek also serves as Deputy Director of Professional Development at EMCC UK and co-leads the Higher Education Special Interest Group. He coaches across engineering, startups, academia, e-commerce, and retail sectors, specialising in change management, women in leadership, team dynamics, confidence, conflict resolution, and strategic facilitation.
