Eva Maria Berger is an accomplished executive coach and leadership development facilitator with a global outlook and a practical, mindset-first approach. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF and a CoachU Certified Graduate (CUCG), Eva specialises in creating high-impact learning experiences that support lasting behavioural change.

With more than two decades of experience, Eva has worked with leaders at all levels—across sectors including academia, FMCG, transportation, IT, pharma, insurance, and non-profits. She helps participants uncover blind spots, develop awareness, and apply insights with confidence—ensuring that coaching and training have tangible, long-term outcomes.

Eva holds additional credentials in DISC, Lean Change, and Prosci Change Management, which underpin her holistic and systems-aware methodology.
