Neil Camacho

Neil Camacho MBA PCC is a multilingual executive coach and leadership development specialist based in Costa Rica, coaching in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. With a warm and purpose-driven approach, Neil empowers individuals and teams to grow through self-awareness, communication, emotional balance, and alignment with their personal and professional goals.

Neil has lived, studied, and worked in over a dozen countries across Latin America, the U.S., Japan, and the Middle East, bringing deep cross-cultural understanding to his coaching. He is passionate about fostering inclusion and well-being through the principles of DEIJB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Belonging), and regularly works with leaders, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and multinational teams on topics including productivity, leadership, life purpose, and interpersonal effectiveness.

His coaching integrates methodologies such as Insight Discovery, Clown Esencial, Points of You®, and the Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment (BTSA). Neil’s hallmark is his ability to create safe, transparent, and creative spaces for individuals to explore their “Ikigai”, their reason for being, and build a more balanced and meaningful life.

He holds an MBA from INCAE Business School, is a Mental Health Coach, and a PCC credential-holder with the ICF. Through his CÍI LEADERSHIP model and voluntary work across Central America and Brazil, Neil supports social causes, from youth leadership to coaching in palliative care, prisons, and underserved communities.
