Paul Slater MBA, BEng is a UK-based executive and leadership coach with deep expertise in strategic management, organisational development, and programme delivery. Coaching in English, Paul brings a calm, insightful, and authentic approach to helping individuals and teams grow their leadership impact and navigate change with confidence.

His extensive background includes leading teams, advising on high-risk programmes, and reviewing complex business change initiatives across public and private sectors. Paul is accredited by the UK Cabinet Office as a High Risk Review Team Leader for Gateway Reviews and provides impartial, expert advice to programme sponsors and boards.
Paul delivers 1:1 leadership coaching, team and group coaching, leadership development, and independent facilitation. His specialist areas include career transitions, start-up coaching, organisational cultures, and change management. In addition to his coaching practice, Paul supervises MSc dissertations at the University of Warwick and assesses professional skills in Information Assurance.
He holds an MBA from the Open University Business School and a BEng in Software Engineering from Cranfield University, alongside certifications in mediation, training, and leadership. Paul is a member of the ICF, CIPD, IC, and IET. Outside of work, he contributes to youth development as a qualified football coach for an under-18s team in Gloucestershire.
