Yvonne McLean BA Hons PCC is a globally experienced leadership coach, consultant, and facilitator with a strong background in law, corporate leadership, and international coaching. Based in New Zealand, Yvonne consults and coaches in English and German, with additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, and Spanish—making her an accessible and versatile coach across global teams.

Yvonne brings a unique combination of legal and executive experience into her coaching practice, supporting leaders to build confidence, navigate complexity, and create sustainable, values-based cultures. She works internationally with professionals and executives, especially in New Zealand and across Asia, delivering 1:1 leadership coaching, team coaching, and high-impact facilitation.

Passionate about women in leadership, Yvonne was the founding Programme Director of NZ Global Women’s Breakthrough Leaders’ Programme, and continues to design and lead highly effective leadership development initiatives for both corporate and public-sector clients. Her areas of expertise include emotional intelligence, negotiation, confidence-building, performance and conflict management, and coaching capability.

Yvonne is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), a licensed facilitator of multiple leadership and emotional intelligence programmes (including Tara Mohr’s Playing Big and GENOS EI), and is currently training as a Coaching Supervisor. She holds a BA from the University of Oxford and legal qualifications in both New Zealand and the UK.

Committed to professional excellence and service, Yvonne has held leadership roles within ICF Australasia, contributing to the development of the coaching profession regionally.
