Leadership Accountability: an article by Mongezi Makhalima, Coach of the Year 2019
by Matthew Moore
Head of Digital Marketing
Last year, IDG Associate Consultant Mongezi Makhalima was awarded the Thinkers50 Marshall Goldsmith Global Coaching Award. Here we reproduce an article he was commissioned to write for Training Journal magazine, in which he talks about the benefits of coaching for leaders. Mongezi talks of how, in today’s fast-changing ‘VUCA’ world, coaching can offer significant competitive advantage, and he offers a three-perspective approach on getting the most out of it.
