Programme Overview
The Certified Leadership Coach Level 1 programme is a multi-module, ICF-accredited programme that develops core coaching skills, mindset, and practice. Through live learning, mentoring, and assessment, participants build the competence required to coach effectively in leadership and organizational contexts and achieve an ICF Level 1 certification.
